50% deposit required & all customs have a $300-$500 minimum depending on size.
RETURNS
Yes. Please contact me via email for all returns. The return must ship within 7 business days of arrival for full refund. Shipping cost for original shipment are non-refundable. A tracking number must be provided for returning item, and the return must be trackable. Refund will be paid to original payment only, and once the item has been received. No exceptions. Any prints returned for refund must be unopened and still inside original packaging. No exceptions.
SHIPPING
Shipping is non-refundable when making a return for refund. I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives damaged, I will provide a return label and process a full refund once the item has been returned. Return shipping is not provided. SHIPPING CHARGES FOR ALL CUSTOM PROJECTS WILL BE ADDED TO FINAL INVOICE. ANY PURCHASES MADE ONLY WILL INCLUDE SHIPPING IF REQUIRED, SOME ITEMS WILL RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING.
GRAPHIC DESIGNS & VIDEO FILES
ALL VIDEO FILES WILL BE DELIVERED VIA GOOGLE DRIVE TO ALL CLIENTS PURCHASING BRANDING OR CONTENT CREATION SERVICES.
